Start-up preparation of diaphragm metering pump

　　Check whether the oil quality and quantity in the pump of the checking station (in the transmission box, the oil mark level is the middle line, the oil cup of the three valves and the diaphragm chamber should not be the bottom of the red indicator line) meet the requirements; check whether the welding seam, bolts at the connection and sealing surface are in good condition on the feeding and discharging pipelines, check whether the suction and discharging pipelines of the pump are smooth for the first time; Before starting the extrusion pump, the coupling should be discharged several times without any obstruction. Check whether the rotating direction of the motor in the station is the same as that of the shearing on the pump.

　　When starting the extrusion pump, it must start from "0" stroke (short-term diaphragm metering pump can start at any position). After 5 minutes of no-load operation, the piston stroke can be adjusted to the required position to carry out load operation and pressurized operation: Close the three valves of the diaphragm pump. The exhaust valve in the oil cup gradually increases the rated pressure when the pressure expires.
