Two problems have been solved by melt pump for PVB extruder

In the production of PVB intermediate film, melt pump is indispensable for melt transportation. General melt pump includes pump body, drive shaft, driven shaft, bearing and seal. At present, there are two troubles in the melt pump used in the PVB intermediate film extruder: one is that the sealing rings are set, the life of the sealing rings is limited, which needs to be replaced frequently; the other is that the inner cavity of the pump body needs to be lubricated frequently, which is also quite troublesome, so it affects the service life and working efficiency of the whole melt pump as a whole, so it is necessary to improve the melt pump.
